Coaching & Guidance

As part of Plant An App Technical Success Management Program, the TSM works with the client’s technical teams, providing coaching and guidance throughout Plant An App adoption and scaling. The primary goals of the TSM are to proactively support Client’s teams and help creating a low code ecosystem.

Success Driven

The Technical Success Manager acts as a liaison between the Client’s team and Plant An App Product team. Focused on your success, the TSM plans activities based on specific context and goals, reducing the time it takes to deliver the first Plant An App applications and begin seeing measurable business benefits from using low code.

Product Inquiries

Facilitate and support product functionality inquiries and recommend solutions. Collaborate closely with the client’s technical support, product and engineering teams and agree to deliver meaningful outcomes and increasing business value with Plant an App.

Low Code Development Roadmap

Close engagement with the TSM will help the company to define and execute the Low Code application development roadmap as well as reporting the results achieved to date. This will ensure that the program has visibility at the stakeholder levels as well as support in driving the program further.
